Description
Uke Mochi (also known as Ogetsu-hime-no-kami) was a food goddess from the Shinto religion of Japan.
Said to produced food by vomiting it from her mouth, depending on which direction she faced, the food defers.
Example: If she faces the sea- she vomits fish, if she faces the rice paddy -rice.
Unfortunately while entertaining the storm god Susanoo,
her guest got so offended by the way she produced food he killed her. Her husband was said to take over her role.
The lineart for this is actually so old I forgotten where the hardcopy went, I found the b&w copy on my hard disk and decided to finish and post it up.

And of course, Amaterasu the sun goddess was angry at Tsukuyomi for killing Uke Mochi that she left him.
